<</nobr>>ah, another week passed. whoops. anyways.
I finally caved in.
[[how so?]]<<nobr>>
<<set $mi = "55">>
<div class="clock"><<print $hr>>:<<print $mi>><<print $ap>></div>
<</nobr>>I finally downloaded twine 1.x on my computer.
[[but I thought you ran linux?]]
[[gave up on 2 so soon?]]<<nobr>>
<<set $mi = "55">>
<div class="clock"><<print $hr>>:<<print $mi>><<print $ap>></div>
<</nobr>>yeah, well, I fucking installed [[wine]] and made that work on my computer. so now it's twine 1.x time.
[[oh, alright]]<<nobr>>
<<set $mi = "57">>
<div class="clock"><<print $hr>>:<<print $mi>><<print $ap>></div>
<</nobr>>I mean, I'm still gonna use this for the twiary. but for any actual work I wanna get done, I'm using 1.x
[[oh, alright]] <<nobr>>
<<set $mi = "57">>
<div class="clock"><<print $hr>>:<<print $mi>><<print $ap>></div>
<</nobr>>I just. I can't import fonts!!
and, yeah, that's "not a problem" unless I wanna use anything besides the default font, because if I want something to be able to run offline, I can just fuck myself, I guess.
online, sure, I can suck google's ass and use google fonts, or host my own files somewhere, but I don't feel like making another account somewhere, and neocities doesn't allow for anything beyond a few specific files without paying first.
[[yeah, that seems like a lot]]<<nobr>>
<<set $mi = "59">>
<div class="clock"><<print $hr>>:<<print $mi>><<print $ap>></div>
<</nobr>>so yeah. I'm writing this one so much later that it's actually the next day already. how about that, huh?
[[yeah, late]]<<nobr>>
<<set $hr = "1">>
<<set $mi = "00">>
<div class="clock"><<print $hr>>:<<print $mi>><<print $ap>></div>
<</nobr>>so, beyond giving up (that was actually a few days ago), I had a bit of an eventful day.
well, not really, but one thing happened.
[[what was it?]]<<nobr>>
<<set $mi = "02">>
<div class="clock"><<print $hr>>:<<print $mi>><<print $ap>></div>
<</nobr>>I dropped my phone! perfectly! three big shatters spaced evenly across my screen! it was pretty nasty. lol.
so instead of going to my one tuesday class, I went out with friends to the closest mall, which had one of those phone screen repair kiosks. now it's like nothing ever happened, for the low low price of $80 (plus tax, plus whatever other bullshit I bought for my friends at the mall).
[[oof, that sucks]]<<nobr>>
<<set $mi = "04">>
<div class="clock"><<print $hr>>:<<print $mi>><<print $ap>></div>
<</nobr>>yeah, it did. it's okay for now, though.
in other mild news, I got my two part epoxy clays in yesterday.
[[oh, okay?]]<<nobr>>
<<set $mi = "05">>
<div class="clock"><<print $hr>>:<<print $mi>><<print $ap>></div>
<</nobr>>...did I not mention that I was getting epoxy clays for myself? well. I did. I needed to put a beard and hammer onto my mini for izzy. I found a nice looking premade for a "female dwarf summoner", but she was lacking a beard and her weapons don't suit the barbarian way.
[[fair enough]]<<nobr>>
<<set $mi = "07">>
<div class="clock"><<print $hr>>:<<print $mi>><<print $ap>></div>
<</nobr>>so yeah, I got two types to see how they worked: [[greenstuff]] and milliput. the greenstuff was very tacky and I needed to keep [[something]] on my hands to keep the stuff moving, and whenever I tried to pick it up it would pull itself. otherwise it worked fine. I didn't try the milliput yet. apparently it's less tacky.
[[sounds interesting]]<<nobr>>
<<set $mi = "11">>
<div class="clock"><<print $hr>>:<<print $mi>><<print $ap>></div>
<</nobr>>one of the website tutorials I read listed off some stuff you could use, and half-jokingly included "nose grease". I tried it, as I am a gross greasy fuck, and it actually worked very well.
<<linkreplace "gross">>I'll use water next time, don't worry.

<div class="clock"><<print $hr>>:<<print $mi>><<print $ap>></div>
<</nobr>>I'm sure it's not as interesting sounding as I feel about it. I'm just excited to do stuff with my mini.
anyways, it's late now. if I write later, I'll continue writing here, so for you it'll just be the next page. otherwise, this is the end. good night until the actual day, twiary.

<div class="clock"><<print $hr>>:<<print $mi>><<print $ap>></div>
<</nobr>>I was originally gonna just make you hover over the link to tell you, but fuck it new passage. it's real name is kneadatite, and it's a clay that comes in two parts, a yellow and a blue, so it's green and dries eventually when mixed. therefore, "greenstuff".
milliput works similarly but uses slightly different materials and both parts are white so it mixes to white.
[[thanks for the full explanation|previous()]]<<nobr>>

<</nobr>>well, not really. I did get my ASL midterm done today, a recorded video of me signing some predetermined sentences. I look dumb as hell on video. now I just have to submit it.
[[at least you got it done]]<<nobr>>

<</nobr>>yeah, that's true. anyways, I mostly wanted to share just so I actually had a nice ending for this passage. not much else was going on today. maybe if my other midterm tomorrow goes particularly poorly I'll let you know about it.
goodnight for today too, twiary
